Civilian Bootcamp Returns September 2010

Civilian Bootcamp is a great way to get fighting fit and in great shape for summer. Each 45 minute session incorporates all the components of Civilian Bootcamp fitness -  speed, strength, endurance, agility and flexibility. Your options:

Platoon A - Monday, Wednesday and Friday over the 4 week period:

  1. Oriental Bay, Freyburg 6am - 6:45am
  2. Oriental Bay, Freyburg 7am - 7:45am
  3. Worser Bay, Seatoun 7am - 7:45am
  4. Worser Bay, Seatoun 9am - 9:45am

Platoon B - Tuesday and Thursday over the 6 week period:

  1. Oriental Bay, Freyburg 7am - 7:45am
  2. Worser Bay, Seatoun 9am - 9:45am
