7 Quick Tips for Getting your Corporate Health Plan Back on Track

  1. Fitness at workPlan social events that are sports orientated (i.e. round the bays, corporate challenges) and then arrange training times for them
  2. Have an in-house pedometer competition i.e. who can do the most in a week
  3. Encourage employees to cycle or walk to work and offer incentives for those that do, plus also provide place to store bikes and a shower
  4. Set up a walking group for lunchtimes
  5. Encourage employees to walk to client meetings (if applicable) rather than taking a taxi
  6. Provide an allowance for employees to use on sports related activities (i.e. gym membership, personal training, netball fees etc)
  7. Have an indoor netball or soccer team
