Hayden's knowledge, enthusiasm and outgoing personality make my work outs something I look forward to. He provides me with constant feedback, encouragement, guidance and keeps me updated on how I am tracking on a regular basis.

Before joining Pulse I struggled to stay engaged and motivated in exercise and like a lot of people I became a financial member of a gym rather than an active member! I started training with Hayden after completing a bootcamp and deciding I wanted to do more. Straight away we set goals relating to what I wanted to achieve (i.e get fitter, loose weight and actually run particularly in the Round the bays etc.). With the help and support of Hayden these became very achievable targets and have now all been reached.
Hayden is an awesome trainer and only wants the best for his clients, pushing me to the best of my ability. His friendly, down to earth nature means my sessions are always enjoyable and never without laughs. As well as working with me in the studio at Pulse on my programme, Hayden has also helped guide me in the things I have been doing outside the studio.
I have regained my confidence and I am a more focused person and am more determined than ever. I always look forward to my sessions with Hayden, particularly because he frequently changes our programme to keep me keep challenged and from getting bored.
