Liability Waiver

"Pulse Personal Training Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for any injury, loss or damage to any party undertaking or performing the exercises, stretches or procedures set out on this site and all parties undertake and perform such exercises, stretches and procedures at their own risk".

General terms of Trade

Pulse Personal Training agrees:

  • To conduct relevant pre-training assessments and develop a programme specific to your requirements.
  • To constantly bring to you the most up to date training methods and to adapt your programme to suit your rate of progression.
  • To conduct training sessions at the agreed time and make up for any sessions lost as a result of our oversights or mistakes.

As a valued client you agree to the following:

  • To notify your trainer of any injury, illness or ill-feeling before, during or after session(s), that will affect your ability to perform and/or your current health and wellbeing.
  • To not hold Pulse Personal Training Ltd or their Personal Trainers responsible for any loss or damage to your person or belongings.
  • To agree with Pulse Personal Training Ltd on the frequency of your session(s), and the weekly amount to be paid accordingly.
  • To pay for your session(s) on the agreed terms into the Pulse Personal Training Ltd nonimated bank account.
  • To provide a minimum of two weeks written notice if you wish to terminate or alter this agreement, accepting that you are accountable for any session(s) that fall within this two week notice period.
  • To consent to applicable information being shared only between agreed internal and external service providers when required.
  • To notify your personal trainer twenty four hours (24+) in advance of any cancellations or a fee equivalent to one session will be applicable.

Note: If you were to arrive late, you are entitled to the remainder of your allotted session time, each standard session being 45-60min.

Collection / delivery of goods sold online

You are welcome to collect your goods directly from our studio on the Terrace in Wellington, however please email or phone us to arrange a suitable time. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. If you have choosen to have your item couriered we endeavour to have the goods packaged for collection within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please allow 4 working days for delivery.

Refunds for online sales

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
