Build the consistency back into your training with each 45 minute session incorporating all the components of Civilian Bootcamp fitness - speed, strength, endurance, agility, flexibility and team work.

Secure a space for yourself and one for a friend, and support each other to reach your goals. By joining together you will both qualify for a $25 discount. Select the venue and time that suits you best and secure your place/s with just a $50 deposit.

Platoon A ($295) 3 days for 4 weeks running Wednesday 8th February to Monday 5th March 2012.
