Optimal performance in any sport is highly correlated to your ability to move with strength, power, efficiency and coordination. The Sport Performance Package looks at the key requirements of your sport relative to your physical ability to meet these, by assessing:

1. The Inner Unit - you must be able to stabilise to mobilise. The muscles that drive us during any movement will not perform efficiently without the coordinated function of your inner unit. 

2. Static Posture - the way we sit, lie and stand speaks volumes. Being stuck in one posture throughout the day can lead to length-tension imbalances, altering your posture and ultimately impeding performance.

3. Dynamic Posture - improving movement efficiently. By assessing relevant movements, their interaction and how these relate to your specific sport, we can prescribe exercises that promote balance in your body.
