FitPLUS is a totally unique feature designed specifically for physically active Women, because not all days are equal! FitPLUS uses a calendar reminder of your natural monthly metabolic changes so that you can optimise the best days of the month for exercise and dieting. During certain phases of the month your diet and exercise programme can be much more effective in producing results, including a higher rate of calorie burning and low sense of fatigue from hard training. On other days you can let up a little due to your efforts being less effective.
The BC-582 displays a unique ‘traffic light’ of green for “go for it”; Amber for taking it a little easier; and red for “give yourself a break” – the best time to recover in your structured training cycle. Features include:
