I finally got the gumption up to actually do one of these bootcamps and can honestly say I have really loved it!! Hamish is a great guy and doesn't yell at you at all but still manages to push you to get a fantastic workout!

Definitely worth it and fun to boot! And surprisingly the weather at that time in the morning has been consistently amazing and not as cold and miserable as I imagined it might be - so a very pleasant way to get the day started and working out with some cool people. Dare you to try it!
