Kelsey - Personal Trainer

From a young age, sport and recreation have played large roles in my life. Advancement in my own gym training, has created a desire for development and learning in these areas.

Being highly competitive by nature, from my sporting background,
naturally I love a challenge and love to give others personal
challenges and goals. I love to push and give others the drive to
exercise, enjoy or compete in physical activity.

I enjoy all areas of training and have a wide array of interests,
however am very passionate about crossfit/circuit style training and
strength training.
