Through competitive soccer and national representative canoe polo, his coaching and performance experiences at elite level make him a well rounded Personal Trainer with the ability to draw the best from any individual or group he works with.

Richard draws on his diverse background to educate and inspire people, while creating highly applicable, dynamic and challenging workouts.
